About Casa Pardal Coliving

Welcome to Casa Pardal, the perfect place for creatives, artists, and remote workers seeking a peaceful environment that nurtures inspiration and connection. Situated in a historic 17th-century Catalan house located in a medieval village dating back to the 12th century, blending history with modern comforts. Our coliving space offers seven rooms, five bathrooms, and a large open kitchen perfect for communal meals. The cozy living room with a fireplace is ideal for evening chats, and the attic room is perfect for yoga, meditation, or art workshops. The garden is a sun-filled oasis with a small swimming pool, fruit trees, and fresh herbal plants. Plus, our chickens provide fresh eggs daily!

Nice old house with thick stone walls. Lovely people. Monica & James are very nice and easy going hosts, starting this coliving and are open to suggestions. Is it somewhat remote so make sure you have a car (or use one of the available (small) bikes). Internet is workable but could be improved. Also: if you don't like rural farm smells... Depending on the wind you can smell the nearby pig farm or manure on the land, but of what I've heard this is less during summertime when there are crops on the fields and the farmes don't sprtead the manure on the land.

A wonderful place ! Monica and James are super nice and invested hosts, they make everyone feel welcome and make sure you have a wonderful stay. The place itself is beautiful, quiet and cosy, perfect to get some work done, and Calaf near by is a very cute little town to visit. Thank you both for everything !
