About the owners
Hey! We’re Alina and Ionel, the couple behind Casa Capitán.
With a background in hospitality and a passion for an active lifestyle, we created a space where people feel truly welcome, inspired, and connected.
What started as a simple house has grown into a coliving shaped by the amazing nomads who’ve stayed with us — turning it into a real community.
Our goal? To offer you a place that feels like home, but also inspires you to live a little differently

- How do I do groceries?
- There is a supermarket just 3 minutes from the house, and a 24-hour shop only a 1 minute walk away.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking area is outside the main house but still part of the property, so anyone can use it and work there at any time of the day.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We love pets, but at the moment we cannot accept them. Although we are pet lovers, we have to decline them due to guests with allergies and other sensitivities.
- How do I get there?
- You can get here from the South Airport by taxi or by public transport. Bus number 415 comes directly to the village and takes around 10–15 minutes. The bus stop is just one minute away from the house.
- What is included?
- Our coworking area, rooftop terrace, barbecue, indoor and outdoor kitchens, as well as coffee and tea are all included in the price.
- Why did you decide to open?
- We wanted to create more than just a place to live and work — a space where people can connect, feel inspired, and build meaningful relationships.
- How do you manage the community?
- We manage the community together. Ionel is mainly there in the mornings during breakfast, and Alina is there in the afternoons. During family dinners and activities, there is always someone present.
