POMAR na Praia is our beach-side coliving house in Fuseta, an authentic coastal village in the south of the Algarve (25 min from Faro airport). Just a 15-minute stroll from the lagoon beach, surrounded by traditional cafés and fresh seafood restaurants, Pomar na Praia offers the perfect blend of Portuguese authenticity and modern coliving lifestyle.
Our space features fiber-fast work zones with ocean views designed for serious deep work, a heated pool, daily breakfast, sport facilities, and what we believe is the best community in the Algarve.

About the owners

Claire – co-founder & host
Claire, French-Portuguese, fell in love with Portugal in 2011 while studying in Lisbon. After ten years of agency and consulting life in Paris and Lyon, she traded meetings for meaning, renovating a 19-century farmhouse in her family’s Algarve orchard and turning it into POMAR Coliving.
What Claire does today (4 days a week on-site):
Leads the action: walks guests to the local CrossFit box, runs Family meeting on Momday, and hosts guided ice-bath sessions for post-laptop recovery.
Curates community: co-hosts family-style dinners using orchard-fresh produce and local wines.
Shares insider secrets: from hidden surf breaks to off-menu seafood shacks, Claire’s little black book unlocks “real Algarve” moments you won’t find on Google.
Whether you’re chasing deep-work flow or your next PR in the gym, Claire’s mission is simple: make you feel at home, super-productive, and totally inspired by the Algarve.

- By plane Faro airport then we can pick you up from the aiport with our transfert service. Or you can take either a bus or uber

- Why did you decide to open?
- We chose to open this 2nd coliving in our favorite and the most authentic city of the Algarve to meet the needs and desires of our colivers who prefer being near the sea . Today, they have the choice between the countryside with POMAR na Serra and the beach side environment with POMAR na praia
- How do you manage the community?
- We have a host manager on site, we do Ice bath together, family diner, planning meeting. We offers a good balance between having time for yourself and connecting and engaging in activities with others.
