Back in 2022, we opened the very first coliving space in the Sotavento Algarve. What started as a dream a place where remote workers could combine deep focus, nature, and community has now grown into a real community, the POMAR community. We have hosted more than 300 colivers by now ! After three amazing years hosting entrepreneurs, freelancers, and creatives in the hills of Estoi, it’s time for the next step: a brand new POMAR location by the beach!
We’re launching this winter POMAR na Praia in Fuseta (south of Portugal) a seaside sanctuary where colivers can start the day with ocean therapy walks, share meaningful dinners, and work on their projects just a few steps from the sand.
And here’s the exciting part: we’re looking for a Community Manager to join us. Someone to co-host this new adventure with Claire, the founder of POMAR. Your role? To bring good vibes, connect people, and make sure our guests feel at home while living their best coliving experience.

Schedule & Time Off
We’re ideally looking for someone who already has experience in community management, hospitality, or hosting coliving/retreat spaces. If you’re the type of person who loves bringing people together, who is proactive, social, and caring this could be your perfect match.
20–25h/week, flexibly distributed
2 days off per week (usually mid-week, non-consecutive)
1 full weekend off per month (for 3-month stays)
Paid position, breakfast included and private room
