A comfortable, social place to stay productive, build healthy habits, and find a better balance between work and life - without spending a fortune or ending up in a 30-person coliving with a waiting list for the coffee machine.
What you get: long coworking tables, a fully equipped kitchen, proper gym, swimming pool (4x3m), hot tub, rooftop over avocado and orange farms, bikes to explore the area, and a small group of people shaping their weeks differently around work, fitness, exploration, and local experiences.
Not a luxury house. Not a silent escape. Far enough from the city to actually focus - close enough to Olhão, the beach, and real life to not feel like you've disappeared.
Every week looks a little different depending on who’s here - from surf mornings and running routes to waterfalls, nature spots, local restaurants, sunset bars, live music, and weekends exploring the Algarve together.
About the owners
Founded by a french-portuguese couple : Claire and Hadrien, POMAR Coliving is a unique space located in the Sotavento Algarvio, designed for entrepreneurs and remote professionals seeking a balance between work, nature, and authentic human connections.

- How do I do groceries?
- For basic necessities, you’ll find a “pingo doce and aldi" 8 MIN cycle from the coliving. The town is 30 min walk way or 8 min by bike.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking space is inside of the house you can use it from 24H/24H longer if you dont make calls while the others colivers are asleep.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We are pet friendly we do accept only one dog per month.
- How do I get there?
- We are located in Brancanes. Faro Airport (FAO): 15 km Faro railway station: 16 km Olhao train or bus station: 3 km

- Why did you decide to open?
- I built POMAR from sratch pomar was a ruin in 2021 and i decided to renovate to build a coliving, the first one in the sotavento Algarvio
- How do you manage the community?
- I m the founder and I work with a community manager who is on-site with our colivers. Planning meetin on monday, 1 family diner per week, 1 skillshare session per week with the tribe at POMAR na praia and family brunch of sunday, Besides this we love hiking, running, beaches, crossfit and cooking !
