About the owners
Ciao from Riccardo! I founded Dolce Vita Coliving with a simple but powerful mission: to breathe new life into Italy's breathtaking hilltop villages. While these historic communities have faced depopulation, they hold an incredible secret – an affordable, high-quality lifestyle surrounded by over a thousand years of history. My own journey as a coliver in the Canary Islands, a remote e-commerce professional between Rome and Berlin, and a workation enthusiast across Latin America and Asia inspired me to create this sustainable, inclusive community. At Dolce Vita, we're not just offering a place to stay – we're inviting you to become part of a living legacy while enjoying the perfect balance of modern comforts and authentic Italian culture.

- How do I do groceries?
- Getting groceries is easy! You'll find a mini-grocery just a 3-minute walk away, and don't miss the weekly mobile market truck that visits every Wednesday—a 30-year-old village tradition. For larger shops, we organize community trips at least twice a week to supermarkets, pharmacies, and ATMs (just a 10-minute drive away). The main town of Spoleto with large retailers is also easily reachable in 20 minutes by bus or car.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- Our standard hours are from 8 am to 10 pm. Need flexibility? We're happy to accommodate early or late arrivals whenever possible, free of charge.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Not only are pets warmly welcomed, but they are celebrated here! We go beyond just acceptance by organizing group dog activities led by certified trainers. Enjoy everything from social walks through historical towns to daily hikes and multi-day dog trekking excursions, all designed to create memorable experiences for both you and your furry friend. We also provide pet sitting, upon request and for a small fee. This allows you the freedom to explore our lovely region for the day, knowing your pet is in caring hands.

- Located in Central Italy, we are just about two hours from the international hubs of Rome and Florence, making your journey easy. We are well-connected by their major airports and high-speed train lines, and we offer a complimentary pick-up service from the Spoleto train station to welcome you.
- What is included?

- I founded Dolce Vita Coliving with a simple but powerful mission: to breathe new life into Italy's breathtaking hilltop villages.
- How do you manage the community?
- Our goal is to create a relaxing atmosphere where you can truly unwind into the rhythm of village life. We have an onsite coliving manager and a community facilitator dedicated to helping you connect—both with fellow colivers and with the local community. Each week, we decide on activities together, which often lead to wonderful friendships. It's quite common to see our colivers going on hikes, mushroom and truffle hunts, or simply enjoying free time with their new local friends!
