About La Vita Sukha
We are a community of mindful individuals who enjoy the slower pace of nomading and living in a small village in southern Italy. We are into personal development, regeneration, growing our own food and sustainability, amongst other things.
La Vita Sukha translates as 'the life of a lasting state of happines'. Our mission is to empower and encourage every coliving participant to explore this for themselves. We do this by creating safe spaces of belonging and deep connection conducive to the exploration of self and others, nature and the universe.
Co-founded by Liz Cirelli and Jarka Kunova, our beautiful space is located in the village of Roseto Valfortore, in the region of Puglia in southern Italy.
By having a permanent location, we’ve got a unique opportunity to create a true sanctuary that honours our relationship with nature, with local communities and each other by sharing a common ethos – living more regenerative, sustainable and happy lives.
We believe it’s time to rewrite our stories, unlearn our societal conditioning and find our way back to community-based living. Where we can show up as our authentic selves in a safe environment without judgement; where our longing for true meaningful connections is met by other people’s desire to be seen, heard and understood; where our depth and lightness, seriousness and laughter and every spectrum of human experience in between is met with a genuine sense of curiosity and presence.

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Just ask for it
- How do I do groceries?
- There are a couple of smaller grocery stores in the village and vendors with fresh produce arrive in the village daily. This also includes a weekly fishmonger visit. We will organise a weekly large shop by going to the nearby town (30 minutes by car) and you can either join us or provide a list of items to purchase form a shopping mall.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- As the coworking space is included inside the villa, you will have 24/7 access to coworking. In addition, there is a desk and a chair in each room.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We would consider pets. This would need to be discussed on a call with us first.
- How do I get there?
- We provide a free pick up from Foggia train station. The best way to arrive is to fly to either Bari or Rome and then take a train from either of these cities to Foggia. For an additional fee, we could also organise a direct pick up from either of these airports for you. Just let us know :-)
- What is included?
- Accommodation, access to coworking, free pick up from Foggia train station, 1 x communal dinner per week and all co-created workshops and activities during your stay. This also includes yoga or meditation sessions a few times a week. It goes without saying, also high speed internet access and communal kitchen.
