We are a community of mindful individuals who enjoy the slower pace of nomading and living in a small village in southern Italy. We are into personal development, regeneration, growing our own food and sustainability, amongst other things. La Vita Sukha translates as 'the life of a lasting state of happines'. Our mission is to empower and encourage every coliving participant to explore this for themselves. We do this by creating safe spaces of belonging and deep connection conducive to the exploration of self and others, nature and the universe. Co-founded by Liz Cirelli and Jarka Kunova, our beautiful space is located in the village of Roseto Valfortore, in the region of Puglia in southern Italy. By having a permanent location, we’ve got a unique opportunity to create a true sanctuary that honours our relationship with nature, with local communities and each other by sharing a common ethos – living more regenerative, sustainable and happy lives. We believe it’s time to rewrite our stories, unlearn our societal conditioning and find our way back to community-based living. Where we can show up as our authentic selves in a safe environment without judgement; where our longing for true meaningful connections is met by other people’s desire to be seen, heard and understood; where our depth and lightness, seriousness and laughter and every spectrum of human experience in between is met with a genuine sense of curiosity and presence.
