About the owners
Mariana is our General Manager at samesame, in charge of reservations, marketing, experience, and growth. A true Northeastern Brazilian, she loves dancing forró, enjoys both the countryside and the sea, and is a proud mom to a tiny little girl.

- What are the coworking opening hours?
- 9am-9pm. But you can hire extra packages with 24/7 access if you need to work extra hours.
- How do I do groceries?
- There's several markets and grocery shops in a short walking distance.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Although we love pets, unfortunately we cannot host them as colivers unless you choose a private apartment for your stay.
- How do I get there?
- Metro Station straight from the airport in about 5min walk, Trains and Taxi/Uber/Bolt
- What is included?
- All bills are included in a single fee—covering rent, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi. This fee also includes regular cleaning of common areas, restocking of kitchen essentials, and replenishment of shared spaces. We clean the common areas at least once a week, and each room or apartment receives a full cleaning — including linen and towel change, every 10 days. If you require additional cleaning before that, it is available for an extra fee of €40 per day.

- We didn’t start samesame to build a brand. We started because we needed to find our people. Yes, the ones moving with the same pulse. Since 2018, we’ve been holding space in Lisbon for people to drift in, stay for a while, and find their own rhythm. Locals, internationals, friends, strangers: they come for a few nights or a few months. They all leave lighter. Or fuller. Or just… different. Yes, we have two buildings, coworking, and a new venue coming. But the real story is what unfolds inside.
- How do you manage the community?
- We have a community manager, always around to welcome guests and take care of the community and a team of 5 community hosts to build activities and help you with anything you need.
