Our coliving is a large 18th-century family home with private and shared rooms. Picassa offers the comfort of modern living with the charm of past times. Our home has cared-for spaces where life and working feel different.

- How do I do groceries?
- There is a small family-owned shop next door. For larger shopping lists, we organise weekly trips to the village nearby.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking is located in the bright attic of our home. It can be accessed 24/7.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We're generally pet-friendly, but we do consider each situation individually, we want to make sure everyone else is comfortable. If you're considering bringing your pet, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be more than happy to discuss your specific needs and assist with any arrangements.
- How do I get there?
- ✈️ You can fly to Málaga (AGP) or Alicante (ALC) and then get a bus to Purchena. Alternatively, you could also fly to Granada (GRX) or Almería (LEI) airports and we'll pick you up. In any case, we'll help you arrange your travel to Purchena.
- What is included?
- — Nutritious breakfast with local products — Coffee & tea break + snacks (baked goods, fruit) — Open kitchen and shared rooms (library, living room, dining room, porch, patio, coworking, meeting room) — 1 weekly colivers family dinner — Access to the local gym facilities, swimming pool (in the summer), pilates, hiking, art workshops, cooking lessons, and 3+ weekly activities with our pueblo — Open space to share your skills with us
- Why did you decide to open?
- We always thought living in Purchena was amazing, and we were looking for ways to stay. Years passed working for corporations and multinationals, and after experiencing what a coliving was about, there was no turning point. We decided it was the moment to bet it all on our lovely 18th-century Andalusian home. We want to share how life is lived and enjoyed here, while contributing to a local, sustainable economy.
- How do you manage the community?
- We're just starting so our community is still little and cared-for. We think this will always be our philosophy, cause we want our pueblo to become your new family.
