Nesting Away is a 7-room intentional coliving in the Italian countryside, 1 hour from Rome. Remote workers arrive alone and leave with real friendships. Private rooms from €33/night, all-inclusive: coworking with dual Starlink, swimming pool, 10,000m² garden, community activities, on site 24/7 community manager and weekly cleaning. 2 seasons fully booked. 4.8★ on Google. Open March–November. Minimum stay 2 weeks.
About the owners
We’re Ola and Federico, an Italian-Ukrainian couple and business partners who’ve been running remote work communities and events since 2020 through our brand Taste Remote. In 2025 we opened Nesting Away, the coliving we always wished existed: Italian countryside, intentional, genuinely community-driven. We sold out two seasons in a row and we’re just getting started.

- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking space is open 24h, 7 days. It's a big Office space that's part of the villa, with ergonomic chairs, big office tables and ergonomic chairs (and an insane view on the green garden and tall pine trees.)
- How do I do groceries?
- Groceries runs to town (2km away) are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, Friday by Community Manager, using Community Car.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Only 1 room is Pet-Friendly, room Rosmarino. We allow 1 pet at the time, at the pet fee is 10€/night
- How do I get there?
- From Rome Fiumicino airport, without leaving the airport, with a direct train to Orte (1.45h). Train runs from 10am to 8pm usually, rides every 30 minutes.
- What is included?
- Accomodation, community manager on, 3x activities/weekly, swimming pool on site, free parking lot, Air Conditioning in every room including living rooms and coworking spaces (and rooms of course), community car, vetted guests: we require discovery calls before bookings. We do not accept direct bookings. This is a community-first coliving.
- Why did you decide to open?
- Because we wanted to offer a perfect spot for remote workers in countryside Italy, not far from Rome. We are in the Remote Work industry since 2020 and we love the coliving concept. So in 2024 we renovated this big space, launched it and has been sold out for first seasons.
- How do you manage the community?
- We have a 24/7 community manager on site who help shape the perfect Italian experience for our guests.
