Find peace, focus and inspiration living surrounded by nature and a supportive community. Set in the idyllic village la Zarzuela, only 5 min drive from Andalusias best beaches and 3 national parks. Explore the white villages, roman ruins, practice surfing, kiting or horse riding, take a daytrip to Morocco,.... or simply experience the authentic rural life, slow down, relax and recharge.
About the owners
I am Stefanie, the proud owner of Finca la Palmera and founder of Eco-living.
I've always dreamed of finding the most beautiful place in the world and building a homebase for myself and others. A place that instantly feels like home, where you can be yourself and work on whatever your current project is while being supported by the community and inspired by the beautiful surroundings.
The Finca la Palmera on the Costa de la Luz has become that place for me and over 100 people from over 25 countries in the past 3 years and I look forward to sharing it with you!

- How do I do groceries?
- There is a little grocery store, 5 min walk from the Finca where you can get all basics. We have a baker, fruit & veggie guy and a fisher driving through town selling fresh and local products once per week stopping at the doorstep. Bigger supermarkets are 10 min drive away.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking area is open 24/7
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Milo, a super cute border collie lives at the Finca and while he his looking forward to being pet by you or play with you he is not happy sharing his place with other dogs.
- How do I get there?
- Best way to arrive is by car. If you are flying into Spain, the closest airports are Gibraltar, Jerez, Sevilla and Malaga (all max. 2,5 hours away). We can heelp you with contacts for a cheap monthly car rental if you want to be independent and explore the area. If you would rather not drive and are good with staying around the Finca, you can get a bus from Malaga or Sevilla to Tahivilla and we will do our best to pick you up from there (it's a 10 min drive away).

- We believe, that living together in community and in harmony with nature is the key to a fulfilling and sustainable life.
- How do you manage the community?
- We organise weekly communal dinners and excursions, always depending on the weather, season and shared interests of the group. We also highly encourage initiative of each community member to share a skill or organise something for the community. We are also here to help you with information and recommendations if you wish to do something specific during your stay (learn kitesurfing, go for a horse ride on the beach, hike in the national park,...).
