After 25 years of operating as a rural house, we have transformed into a coliving complex. Located in Spain, Catalonia, and the Costa Brava, we have 11 rooms, 3 apartments, and everything you need for comfortable living.
About the owners
We are Joan and Day, a Catalan-Venezuelan couple with many interests. Joan, I am the sixth generation to live in this farmhouse. Since I was a child, my goal has been to make our space a little paradise. In 2018, we created a symbiosis with Day, whose values have only served to enhance the project. She is the visible face of our visitors, always willing to help and offer so they get what they expect.
Our mission, and that of Els Masos d'en Coll, is "Creating spaces and moments to help people be happier."

- The workspace is always open; please respect the quiet hours in adjacent areas.

- How do I get there?
- The ideal way to get there is by private car or taxi. For getting around the area, a good option is a bicycle or car (we're considering renting a car by the mile).
- What is included?
- Your reservation includes: * Accommodation for the reserved days * Right to use the kitchen (no breakfast service) * Weekly room service (cleaning, towel change, bed linen). Additional services can be requested at an extra charge. Reservations of less than a week do not include service. The service is provided upon departure. * Right to use common facilities (kitchen, dining room, laundry, workspace, pool, gym, living rooms, and outdoor spaces. Vehicle parking. * Bathroom consumables are included: toilet paper, shower gel, trash bags; in the kitchen: trash bags, sponge, cloth, dish soap; in the laundry: laundry detergent and softener.
- Why did you decide to open?
- Tourism is experiencing a dramatic shift toward consumerism and territorial abuse. We decided that our tourist visitors had to meet certain requirements: long stays, providing their own meals, building a community, etc. And that led us to consider coliving, since our capacity, environment, and facilities allow for a variety of different profiles to coexist.
- How do you manage the community?
- We can't respond now to October 2025; we're opening next month. I think it will be with the first visitors that we'll see how it works best, whether we or a co-deliver administrator.
