About the owners
We are Satu and Claudia, mother and daughter. Satu is a nurse and a certified forest bathing guide — she helps everyone maintain good habits and well-being. Claudia is a language teacher, always exploring new projects and ways to bring ideas to life.

- At La Toza, we have a shared fund for groceries, and the pantry is communal for everyone to use. Dinners are cooked together in a rotating system, so each day someone else prepares the meal — a fun way to taste different dishes from different places in the same home. Breakfasts and lunches are more flexible.
- What are the coworking opening hours?

- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We love animals, but pets are not allowed so far.
- How do I get there?
- From Madrid, Seville and Badajoz airports, take a train or bus to Plasencia. From there, bus, taxi or shared ride to Cabrero.

- Why did you decide to open?
- Because we believe in a different way of traveling, working, and living — one that allows cultural exchanges and meaningful experiences. We also wanted to bring life back to what was once our family home, keeping its spirit of community and initiative alive. That’s why we thought combining coworking and coliving was the perfect fit for the house.
- How do you manage the community?
- At La Toza, we foster a relaxed and supportive community by encouraging shared routines and mutual respect. We cook together and share dinners, creating a friendly atmosphere. We also facilitate activities like hiking, nature walks, and other communal experiences. The village offers different places to interact with locals, and we aim to make it easy for guests and villagers to connect and exchange experiences. Our goal is to create a space where people can work, create, and connect naturally, while feeling at home in the village and part of the community.
