About the owners
Marco and Coco are cousins and found the beautiful villa in Dénia in July 2022. The idea of their own co-living & co-working space in Spain was already in the pipeline. But the fact that everything happened so quickly was not planned …
After a few brief discussions, everything was finalised and in December 2022 we packed our bags and headed to the Costa Blanca in Spain.
Coco have been in Dénia ever since and is the Host and Community manager at the COliving & COworking.

We just visited Cocos Coliving for the first time and it’s an amazing space. Beautiful rooms, views and amenities. Such a warm atmosphere. You can feel the love that she has put into the space and we immediately felt welcome and integrated into the group.
It’s the perfect place for you, if you love community, Spanish food and want to spent time close to the sea. We will definitely come back!

- How do I do groceries?
- There are several supermarkets in Denia. Theoretically, you can walk there - but nobody wants to carry the shopping up the hill. So it's either by car or you can rent a bike in the city center
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- For external COworkers its 8.00-19.00 when you live on-site you can work when you want.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We are absolutely per-friendly. Just get in touch with us if you would like to bring your dog, and we will see if it fits for your stay.
- How do I get there?
- The airports of Alicante and Valencia are approx. 1 hour away. There are bus and train (just Alicante) connections to Dénia or people who take over the transfer. Just ask us.
- What is included?
- includes accommodation, cleaning once a week, towels and extra beach towels, coworking, aircon, electricity, filtered water, coffee station, fibre internet, use of the large outdoor areas, pool and garden. Communal areas in the house with fireplace and community kitchen. We also have community events wich are included for our COlivers.
- Why did you decide to open?
- We wanted to create a place where people can life like home (or better) to experience how it is to live in Spain and meet new people from around the world.
- How do you manage the community?
- Coco is the founder and owner. She is your host and always on site. We arrange several community events during the year like After Work Clubs, Parties or trips to Alicante/Valencia and also Hikes, Community Dinner, etc. But we also like the community to create the flow at the house and nobody is forced to take part at events.
