About the owners
I’m Steve and Savi Coliving is my home. I came to Valencia looking for sunshine and a slower pace, but I stayed because I found something better — a way to bring people together from all over the world and make them feel like family.
Most days you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking something simple and fresh, often with a Spanish twist. Dinner here is never just dinner. It’s a chance to swap stories, laugh, and make memories that last long after you leave.
If you’re coming to Savi, you’re not just booking a room. You’re joining a home where the door is always open, the coffee is strong, and there’s always a seat for you at the table.

Unfortunately VERY strict with booking conditions. Not the best experience i have ever made. I was really looking forward to the trip but due to high prices and strict cancellation policies i lost interest :/

- How do I do groceries?
- There are several supermarkets, fresh produce shops and local markets in Náquera and nearby towns. Most guests either walk into town, share a lift with other Savi guests, or do a bigger shop together once or twice a week. We also keep basics stocked in the kitchen so you won’t go hungry if you arrive late.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking space is open 24/7 for all guests. You can work whenever inspiration strikes, whether that’s early morning or late at night.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We love animals, but because of the shared nature of the space and to keep things comfortable for everyone, pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to bring one so we can check it’s a good fit. There’s no extra fee, but owners must ensure pets are well-behaved and don’t disturb other guests.
- How do I get there?
- The nearest big city is Valencia. From Valencia city or airport you can take a bus or train part of the way, but most guests find it easiest to grab a taxi, rideshare, or arrange a pickup with us. Once you book, we’ll send you full directions and options.
- What is included?
- Your stay includes a private suite, apartment or room, full access to all communal spaces, coworking areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, pool, gardens, and our shared kitchen. We also run community dinners, events, and outings that you’re welcome to join.
- Why did you decide to open?
- I wanted to create a space where people from all over the world could live, work and connect in a natural, inspiring environment. Savi is about more than just accommodation — it’s about the conversations over dinner, the spontaneous adventures, and the friendships that last long after you’ve left.
- How do you manage the community?
- We keep things relaxed but intentional. There’s a mix of planned activities and organic moments — group dinners, local adventures, skill-shares — balanced with plenty of personal space. Respect, kindness and open communication are the foundations here, and everyone plays a part in making Savi feel like home.
