About Reset Retreat Mallorca
**You Don’t Need Another Trip. You Need A Real Reset.**
Welcome to **Reset Retreat Mallorca**, an invitation-only collection of 3–5 day digital detox and reset experiences in Mallorca for remote workers, founders, digital nomads and creatives who feel mentally overloaded, overstimulated or disconnected from themselves.
Born from years of building community through Palma Coliving, this experience was created for people who spend most of their lives behind screens and need more than another beautiful destination.
Here, you step away from notifications, pressure and constant stimulation to reconnect with nature, your body, your clarity and real human connection.
Set in the Balearic Islands, Reset Retreat Mallorca combines nature immersion, breathwork, meditation, journaling, nervous system recovery, nourishing food, honest conversations and optional adventure experiences across Mallorca’s mountains, coastline and wild landscapes.
This is not a classic holiday or a generic wellness retreat. It is a curated small-group reset designed to help you slow down, breathe again and return with more clarity, grounding and energy.
The full Reset Retreat Mallorca collection includes:
* **Survival Reset** — a 5-day adventure-based reset combining digital detox, nature immersion, survival-inspired outdoor skills, breathwork, ice bath, mountain and coastal exploration, challenge and human connection.
* **Reset & Clarity** — a softer integrative journey combining breathwork, meditation, journaling, nervous system regulation and other reset techniques to slow down, clear the mind and reconnect with your direction.
* **Breathwork Reset** — a deeper breath-led experience focused on emotional release, nervous system regulation, embodiment and inner balance.
* **Silent Dark Reset** — a meditation-based reset inspired by silence, darkness and deep stillness, designed for deep introspection and disconnection from external noise.
Each retreat is intentionally limited to a small curated group to preserve the depth, safety and human connection of the experience. Applications are invitation-only to keep each chapter aligned and meaningful.

About the owners
Reset Retreat Mallorca was created by Matthieu Zeilas, previously founder of Palma Coliving (nominated "Best Nomad coliving" 3 years in a row), after years of building spaces and communities for remote workers, entrepreneurs, founders and digital nomads in Spain.
After hosting and listening to hundreds of ambitious people, who share the same feeling — mental overload, screen fatigue, lack of clarity and disconnection from themselves — Matthieu created Reset Retreat Mallorca as a deeper answer to modern digital exhaustion.
The mission is simple: help people disconnect from noise, reconnect with nature and return with more clarity, grounding and energy.

Frequently asked questions about Reset Retreat Mallorca
Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Just ask for it
How do I do groceries?
You do not need to manage groceries during the retreat. Meals are included and designed to support energy, recovery and mental clarity. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options can be adapted when shared in advance.
What are the coworking opening hours?
This is not a coworking stay. Reset Retreat Mallorca is designed as a digital detox experience, so the focus is on disconnecting from screens, slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, nature and the group. Yet if there is any work urgency, you can still use your phone.
What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
Pets are not accepted during the retreats, as the experience includes shared accommodation, group activities, outdoor movement and nature-based logistics.
How do I get there?
The retreats take place in Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. For Survival Reset editions, arrival shuttle from Palma airport is included. For Digital Detox Retreats, arrival details are shared after application depending on the selected dates and location.
What is included?
The experience includes accommodation or retreat stay depending on the chosen format, meals, activities, facilitation, group sessions, nature immersion, breathwork, meditation or adventure practices, equipment where needed, and guidance from experienced facilitators and certified local experts.
Why did you decide to open?
After years building communities for remote workers and entrepreneurs through Palma Coliving, we saw the same pattern again and again: people looked free from the outside, but felt overstimulated, mentally full and disconnected inside. Reset Retreat Mallorca was created to offer a deeper pause — a space to disconnect from noise, reconnect with nature and return with more clarity and energy.
How do you manage the community?
Each group is intentionally small and curated (invit-only). We focus on honest conversations, shared meals, guided practices, nature experiences and meaningful connection rather than shallow networking. The goal is to create a safe, human environment where people can stop performing and genuinely reconnect.
