What makes their formula tick? Oversized common areas smack in the heart of each house, epic Wi-Fi (obviously), and hosts who are actually around. No faceless “smart” coliving here; Claire is the first smile you see when the taxi drops you, and she’s probably carrying fresh bread.
They’re also teaming up with like-minded spaces—Cactus (Tenerife), SameSame (Lisboa), Bitcommunity (Palermo)—to swap best practices and funnel nomads toward real community homes, not the cookie-cutter “co-living” fakes popping up on booking sites.
