About La Casita Coliving
This coliving is a cozy and welcoming house designed for remote workers and travelers who value comfort, community, and a peaceful environment to work or unwind. The house features 5 rooms in total: two shared dorms (each with a maximum of 4 guests), two private rooms for guests, and one private room for the owner, Iker, who lives on-site together with Maddy. As hosts, we're always around to create a friendly, homely vibe and help with anything you need.
There are three indoor bathrooms, each equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and hair dryers, plus an additional outdoor shower—perfect after a beach day or surf session.
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with dedicated storage space for each guest. The living room features a large communal table used for coworking, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Outside, you'll find a garden with a workout/stretching area, a chill & work zone, and a rooftop terrace with several relaxing corners and a small work table—great for reading, working, or enjoying a sunset.
The house is cleaned daily in all common areas, and bed linens are changed weekly.
We organize daily activities such as surfing, scuba diving, island tours, yoga, kayaking, snorkeling, and shared dinners, both at home and out in town. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable, making the house ideal for remote workers and digital nomads.
Our community is made up of travelers, nomads, and sporty souls from around the world. Whether you're here to explore, work, or simply unwind, La Casita offers the perfect balance between productivity, fun, and relaxation.

We're Maddy and Iker – travel lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and community builders. XmileTenerife was born from our shared vision of creating a space where international minds can connect, grow, and live fully.
At La Casita, we’ve brought together our passions: a cozy, creative home in the south of Tenerife, a vibrant community of digital nomads and freelancers, and the endless possibilities for adventure that this island offers. From sunrise surf sessions to spontaneous hikes and deep conversations over dinner, we believe in the magic of shared moments.
We're not just hosts – we're part of the community. Whether it's organizing outdoor trips, sharing our favorite local spots, or simply enjoying life at La Casita with our guests, we're here to make your time in Tenerife unforgettable.

- There’s a big supermarket just a few minutes away, plus some smaller local shops and fruit markets in the area. Most people do groceries on their own or with a housemate or two — and there's usually someone around if you need help carrying bags!
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking areas at La Casita are open from 7 AM to 11 PM. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, you'll find a comfy spot to get work done!
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We love animals, but unfortunately La Casita is a pet-free coliving. This helps us keep the space comfortable and allergy-friendly for everyone.
- How do I get there?
- La Casita is located in the south of Tenerife, just 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. You can get here by taxi, rental car, or public bus. We’ll send you all the details before your arrival — and we’re always available if you need help with directions!
- What is included?
- You’ll stay in a shared room with a maximum of 4 people — spacious, cozy, and designed for comfort. A private room may be available upon request. Included: fast Wi-Fi, coworking areas, kitchen, terrace, weekly cleaning, all bills, and access to our vibrant community and outdoor activities
- Why did you decide to open?
- We opened La Casita because we believe life is better when shared. After years of traveling and living in different colivings, we wanted to create a space that truly reflected our values — community, simplicity, and sustainable tourism. Tenerife felt like the perfect place: it’s where we feel good, where we love the people, the vibe, and the rhythm of island life
- How do you manage the community?
- We live at La Casita and are part of the community ourselves — always around for a chat, a shared meal, or a spontaneous adventure. We’re also joined by two amazing volunteers who help keep the good vibes flowing and often kick off activities like hikes, surf, yoga, or games. It’s a relaxed, natural way to connect.
