Exciting news! Nomad Coliving has announced the opening of its second location in Montreal, the lively district of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve 🎨 ☕
The community's rapid growth led to their first location reaching full capacity, making it difficult to fit everyone. This expansion is their response to that wonderful challenge 💪
The new neighborhood, also known as HOMA, is a vibrant spot famous for its artistic flair, inviting cafes, and delightful eateries. Perfectly suited for digital nomads, HOMA provides easy access to key shops, a brand-new library, and an animated street life along the bustling pedestrianized 'Promenade Ontario.'
The location's affordable living cost, closeness to transport links, and the Olympic Park, along with its less frequented by tourists nature, make it an attractive spot for those seeking an enriching, authentically local experience in Montreal. It's also an excellent place to practice French! 🥐
Notably, the new space is conveniently located just three metro stations away from Nomad Coliving's original location. And, as an added bonus, it's a swift three-minute walk to the nearest metro station.
