POMAR in the City, a pop-up coliving experience in the heart of Olhão, Algarve, is seeking a volunteer community manager to join our team ASAP until February 28th, 2025.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Availability: Start immediately and stay until February 28th, 2025.
🚗 Driver’s license (B): For occasional use of our car to organize activities or support guests.
🏡 Experience in coliving or hospitality: You’ve worked in similar settings and understand the magic of fostering meaningful connections in a community.
⚡ Energetic and self-Motivated: You take initiative and love engaging with people.
Your Role:
As the Community Manager, you’ll play a key part in creating the unique atmosphere POMAR is known for. Your responsibilities will include:
👋 Community engagement: Welcoming guests, organizing group dinners, and encouraging interactions between colivers.
🏞️ Activity coordination: Leading hikes, organizing skill-sharing workshops, and brainstorming unique experiences for the group.
🛠️ Supporting the Day-to-Day: Helping with small tasks around the property to ensure smooth operations (no cleaning).

🏠 Accommodation: A private room in our boutique coliving space located in a vibrant neighborhood, just 15 minutes from the beach.
This is a part-time job for 25 per week.
