Cobana is a bioregional coliving and working hub nestled at the edge of ancient forests and the Carpathian peaks of Piatra Craiului National Park — and we are looking for groups, teams, and collectives ready to co-create a residency here.

Cobana is the physical home of Regenerative Futures Transylvania (RFT) — a growing movement of entrepreneurs, researchers, artists, accelerators, and communities building a regenerative future in one of Europe’s wildest bioregions. When you come here, you do not just work remotely in a beautiful place. You plug into something alive.
What a residency at Cobana looks like:
• 1 week to 3 months, fully residential in a 10-bedroom guesthouse
• Connection to the local RFT ecosystem: regenerative farmers, traditional craftspeople, bioeconomy pioneers, slow travel initiatives
• Forest walks, mountain peaks, and Carpathian village life as your daily backdrop
• Co-programmed agenda: you bring your cohort or community, we bring the bioregional context and facilitation
