To Hani (han: travelers inn, 'happy'' and ''carefree'' in Arabic!…) is a Coliving & Coworking space in Paramytha village, 12km from Limassol, Cyprus. We are based in a charming 100+ years old historic building, recently revived into the first coliving space on the island. To Hani welcomes digital nomads, remote workers, life seekers, explorers, and slow travelers, from all corners of the globe, who make To Hani their home for some weeks to months on end, to live, be productive, connect, learn, play, and explore the island.
Our mission is to change the way people live, work and play. It's simple. We believe that spaces become better when shared with people, and people lead inspiring lives when connected with a like-minded community.

- How do I do groceries?
- Our Community Manager and our fertile land have your back :) We organize grocery runs twice a week and offer an optional trip to the local farmers market on Saturdays upon request. If you prefer not to go out, you can pick the fresh produce from our community garden (it's a small garden), or wait for the local mini-van with fruit and veggies to come to us.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- Our indoor coworking space is integrated with our living and kitchen areas, there are also outdoor tables for those who prefer to work under the lemon tree, around the large garden space, or on the hammock. We don't have set co-working opening hours, however, during the day, we keep the noise down in the designated co-working space. If you find yourself working past 6:00 PM, be prepared for our social spaces to come alive. To maintain your productivity, consider retreating to your private quarters or seeking out a cozy corner elsewhere for uninterrupted work. Our coliving spaces are carefully designed to facilitate connections and collaboration while ensuring opportunities for privacy and solitude.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We are a pet-friendly co-living. We have our BOSS, Pistachio (our adorable playful labrador) in the house and recently adopted a little kitten (Cashew). If you are looking to bring your pet, let us know. We have a limit on the number of pets that we host at any given time.
- How do I get there?
- To Hani Coliving is located in Paramytha village, 12km from Limassol historic centre and the beach. If you're flying into Larnaca or Paphos airports, then there are several easy ways to get to our coliving. Paphos airport is 70km and Larnaca airport is 80km from To Hani: 1. Easy to ride airport express bus, It's only 10 EUR, and will bring you directly to the bus stop in Limassol. From the bus stop, we will pick you up (free ride). The bus stop is only a 20min drive to To Hani. 2. To Hani Coliving airport shuttle: If the bus timetable is not convenient, you can request an airport shuttle service from us. It's a 50 EUR extra fee, we will come to pick you up from the airport and bring you straight to To Hani. This is based on availability and your arrival times. This service is not always available. 3. Private Taxi: Typically a private taxi would be between 80 - 100 EUR depending on your arrival times. We can provide you with some taxi options if needed, but this is the last option. At To Hani, we have a car-sharing culture for grocery runs and community excursions. However, Cyprus is generally a car-dependent island, so If you’re looking at heading on your independent explorations, renting a car or scooter is always advisable. Overall, we get by exploring the island and traveling to the historic town and the beach together. There are also local buses in the area but can be somewhat infrequent, and we normally don’t rely 100% on public transport 🙂 Bolt and other local taxi services are also available.
- What is included?
- You just need to arrive and rest assured, we've got Fiber network. Your private ensuite room awaits, complete with a small desk for your productive days, and work calls, an open co-working space with ergonomic chairs, and if you're a chef, you'll enjoy our master-chef open kitchen. - Our Shared Living Spaces in our historic building: Comfortable and well-designed shared living areas such as kitchens, lounges, and dining spaces (indoor and outdoor) where members can socialize, unwind, play, learn. - Private Rooms: All bedrooms are private, so you have your personal space when needed and a shower just for you. :) - A Community Host to help you co-organize community events and activities, gatherings, movie nights, family dinners, island excursions to get to know the island, and fun to encourage interaction and bonding among members -Cleaning and Maintenance: We have a cleaning team of our common spaces twice a week and maintenance services to ensure a well-maintained living environment - Grocery Runs and Farmers Market Trips: Regular trips to grocery stores and farmers markets, as well as access to a community garden for fresh produce - Parking Facilities: Access to parking spaces for members who own vehicles - Additional Amenities: laundry facilities, great outdoor space with lemons, apricots, figs, veggie garden, and other seasonal nature goodies, a bonfire, a projector for our movie nights, some good board games ;)
- Why did you decide to open?
- My love for charming historic buildings, for being around multi-cultural communities, the fascination of interacting with, and learning from a diverse of people from different walks and perspectives on life, my love for Cyprus, and my longing to be surrounded by a like-minded community that values slow travel, nature, exploring and learning from one another, and deep diving into local culture. Since 2017, I run Unsettled retreats in South America, South East Asia, and Europe. In 2020, I was put still on the island, I stumbled upon the abandoned To Hani, 100+ years old building. It felt like a calling to breathe life back into this historic place. It's been an interesting path...one that i'm happy to share with you.
- How do you manage the community?
- To Hani Coliving creates a space and endless opportunities for activities, workshops, skillshares, family-style dinners, and island weekend excursions. Our Community Manager facilitates the weekly community co-created calendar. Our calendar of activities very much depends on the group of people joining us at any given time, but we always make sure to make it local, explorative, adventurous, fun, creative, and knowledgeable with our skillshares. We have a set of Community Culture & Values, on which we rely to create a cozy and full-of-respect home enabling us to co-live & co-work harmoniously and to enjoy our time together! We ask everyone to cooperate to keep our common spaces clean and tidy & create a space where we all feel mutually respected and at home!
