- How do I do groceries?
- There is a smaller supermarket in 7-8 mins Walking distance. Bigger grocery stores around accessible with a 5 min bus ride or you can take one of our bikes 10 mins. Also Uber Eats delivers groceries. Once per week we do community groceries that get delivered.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The Co-working area is part of the common spaces and accessible 24/7
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We do allow pets in some of our rooms with an outside space, separate entrance or private bathroom. Please contact us to find out more.
- How do I get there?
- Ride sharing Bolt and Uber operate from the Airport to our Coliving. It takes around 15 minutes and the price is around 25€. This is the most convenient option. To reduce the costs, you can also first take a bus or train to Gare Biot and order a ride from there. Public Transportation 1. Bus 620 or Train to Gare Biot: You can hop on Bus 620 heading towards Cannes or take the train from Nice Saint Augustin Station, both leading to Gare Biot, which is the closest bigger train and bus station. The Trams between Airport Terminal 2, Terminal 1 and the Train station Nice Saint Augustin are for free. While the train may be slightly pricier than the Bus, it tends to be more reliable and quicker, especially during busy times. Both options are available on Google Maps. For the bus, simply purchase your ticket onboard, while for the train, ensure you pay for and validate your ticket beforehand. You can buy train tickets either at the station or via the SNCF Connect App. In general it is recommended to use the SNCF Connect App for the train connections. 2a. Envibus Bus 10 from Gare Biot to NomadUnion Coliving (Ch. des Cabots): Upon arrival at Gare Biot, catch Bus 10 heading towards Sophia-Antipolis/Valbonne, operated by our local bus service, Envibus. Get off at Chemin des Cabots, which is just a 2-minute walk from NomadUnion. Note that Envibus routes are not yet integrated into Google Maps. However, you can easily find them on the SNCF Connect App, which is particularly helpful for checking transfer times between trains and the less frequent local bus. It's important to mention that while you can't purchase Envibus tickets through the SNCF Connect App, nor view live timings, you can download the Envibus Cap Azur App and Envibus Ticket App for both ticket purchase and validation onboard the bus. Envibus Cap Azur App: This app provides live timings, helping you plan your travel more efficiently. Envibus Ticket App: Use this app to purchase and validate your tickets directly on the bus. 2b. Walking from Gare Biot to NomadUnion: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or if you prefer a leisurely stroll, you can walk from Gare Biot to NomadUnion. It's about a 25-minute walk, allowing you to soak in the surroundings and stretch your legs after a long flight while making your way to your destination. By following these steps, you'll smoothly navigate your way to NomadUnion and begin your stay hassle-free. Once you've arrived at NomadUnion, we offer bikes for our guests, making it even easier to get around the area. Simply grab a bike and explore the surroundings at your own pace.

- Why did you decide to open?
- There was no Coliving in the South of France. It is such a nice area, nestled between the sea and mountains. We felt the need of a homebase on the French Riviera that is dedicated to Remote Workers and Digital Nomads.
- How do you manage the community?
- The owners are in the Coliving themselves around half of the year. They will take care of the space and also initiate various events/trips as part of the community. However, all events are community driven and everyone is welcome to organize a trip. The community has a good size of around 8 people per house at a time allowing for easier organisation, clean spaces and genuine connections. While the owners are not there, usually our volunteers and a community manager help in the house.
