🌟 Dec-Feb: Coliving (Community-) Manager & Host on the French Riviera 🌟
During December to February we are looking for someone who can take over the management of the Villa including community management from us, while we go on a remote work trip ourselves.Â
What you’ll get:Â
Private room (15m²) in a stunning 350m² Villa with a big pool, garden, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness corner, massage chair, coworking and more
Bathroom shared with 2 other rooms, with a shower and bathtub
2kms (25-30 mins walk) from the sea and train station. Local bus and bikes available too
Community of ~6-8 like-minded people, english-speaking and remote working
Sunny location, but near the French Alps for Winter activities in the snow
Private ergonomic workspace in your room for your work calls, if you work remotely
What we are looking for:
Someone that takes care of the community and events and trips organization during this time. Specifically outings on the weekends with a rental car into the Alps or nearby cities
Pool and Jacuzzi maintenance (we will instruct you) as well as general upkeep of the house
Taking care of our little robots (floor cleaner, pool cleaner, lawn mower)
Working with another volunteer during this time that will be responsible for housekeeping
Participate in the volunteer rotation for housekeeping, however your main focus will be the management and hosting part
Any other unplanned tasks that might become relevant (like communication with a handyman if things break, etc.)
Total of around 25 hrs weekly
Absolute Must haves:
Experience in other Colivings, ideal as a volunteer / community manager
Driving license valid in France and comfortable booking/driving a rental car
Organization and Communication Talent with patience organizing trips for 6-8 people
Open-minded, outgoing or even extroverted personality and ability to initiate community vibes
At least 24 or 25 years old, as some of our guests will be in their 40s, with an average beginning 30
Willingness to support the other volunteer in cleaning tasks
Big Big plus:
Coming by car, as otherwise you will always need public transportation to get a rental car. Also you’d be more flexible if we need something urgently
Basic French language skills for communication with activity or rental car providers
Outdoor lover for activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing in the mountains
