This person helps ensure that our houses, guests, team, and local community are not just coexisting, but moving together in the same direction. Day by day. With care. With clarity.
This is an operations role at its core, expanded by community leadership, team leadership, and facilitation.
Clear structures are what make meaningful connections possible.
You’ll be living full-time in Benarrabá for 6 months, then working remotely for 6 months.
You’ll be part of village life, not observing it from the outside.
You’ll feel the intensity that coliving can bring and you’ll help shape it into something sustainable.
This role is paid, freelance, and potentially long-term.
It is a chance to be deeply involved in a pioneering project that’s trying to do things differently: thoughtfully, imperfectly, and with intention.
