Coliving Manager (Paid)
Lead onsite the coliving and coworking village
Manage and improve daily operations
Lead the local team and community
Location: Benarraba, Spain
6 months onsite + 6 months remote
Dedication: 30 hours per week
This role is for someone who loves operations, people, and real-life problem solving.
Community Manager (Volunteer)
Help weave colivers into village life
Lead community experiences
Connect visitors with locals
Support daily operations
Location: Benarraba, Spain
Duration: 3 months
Dedication: 20 hours per week
Perfect for someone social, organized, and passionate about human connection.
Content Residency (Volunteer)
Create visual and social media content
Tell authentic stories from the village
Help change the narrative around rural life
Location: Benarraba, Spain
Duration: 3 months
Dedication: 20 hours per week

Ideal for creators who want purpose behind their work.
Creative Residency (Volunteer)
Lead a creative intervention in the village
Use art to generate new perspectives
Help strengthen community bonds

Duration: minimum 4 weeks

Project Coordinator (Paid)
Lead rural activation projects
Plan, coordinate and execute initiatives

Spanish fluency required
Duration and salary depend on project
