The beach is only 10 minutes away, and the main station just 13—making it easy to explore both the city and the wider Côte d’Azur.
Inside, you’ll find a mix of private and shared rooms, with comfortable shared bathrooms and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s the perfect space for nomads who enjoy vibrant city life without the party chaos.
About the owners
NomadUnion is a warm and welcoming coliving space on the French Riviera, thoughtfully created by a couple of seasoned digital nomads who know the value of balance — between work and play, community and privacy, nature and culture. What started as a vision to build a home where meaningful connections and remote work thrive has grown into a vibrant community across two unique locations: a peaceful villa near Biot with sea and mountain access, and a central apartment in Nice ideal for city-loving nomads. Whether you’re here for focus, adventure, or connection, NomadUnion is more than just a place to stay — it’s where your Côte d’Azur chapter begins.

- How do I do groceries?
- Our apartment in Nice is right in the heart of the city, so groceries are super convenient: Intermarché: Just next to the Nice Étoile shopping center — great for full shopping trips. Carrefour City: Another smaller supermarket close by, perfect for quick pickups. Monoprix: Located on Avenue Jean Médecin — slightly more upscale, with groceries, clothes, and household items. Organic Stores: Several organic and health food shops are also within walking distance if you prefer bio/organic options. Walking Distance: All grocery options are reachable within a few minutes by foot — no car or public transport needed!
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- open 24/7 as it's inside the apartment itself.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We love pets, but unfortunately no pets are not allowed in our city center apartment. However, we also have a big Villa with a fenced garden where we do allow pets
- How do I get there?
- Ride Sharing (Bolt/Uber): You can easily take an Uber or Bolt directly from Nice Airport to the apartment. It takes about 20 minutes and costs around 20-25€. ➔ Tip: At Terminal 2, Uber/Bolt pickups happen downstairs at the special ride-sharing section. Some drivers might prefer the Kiss & Fly (Dépose minute) upstairs — simply use the parking lot stairs and cross the passenger bridge if needed. Public Transportation: You can also take Tram Line 2 directly from the Airport (Terminal 2) to Durandy Station, which is just a 2-minute walk to the apartment. The tram ride takes about 30 minutes and costs only 1,70€. Tickets can be bought at the tram stop or via the Lignes d’Azur app. ➔ Important: Validate your ticket when you enter the tram.

- Why did you decide to open?
- We want to give working professionals, remote workers and digital nomads the chance to explore the beautiful Côte d'Azur while having the convenience of staying in the middle of the city center.
- How do you manage the community?
- The owners are in the Coliving themselves around half of the year. They will take care of the space and also initiate various events/trips as part of the community. However, all events are community driven and everyone is welcome to organize a trip. The community has a good size of around 8 people per house at a time allowing for easier organisation, clean spaces and genuine connections. While the owners are not there, usually our volunteers and a community manager help in the apartment.
