As we run a pop up coliving over the winter season the holidays is a big question mark for us.
Last year (well..this year) we opened jan 1st but this time around we were thinking of opening Dec 1st. However we are worried we ll end up alone for xmas and NY… and in that case purely financially (yes sadly this is a big decision for us) speaking it makes sense to rent our place out to a group… . We have no pbl spending the holidays alone tbh. we are just wondering if it is common for nomads to spend the holidays in coliving spaces?
