We stayed @swissalpscoliving for a week. It's a cozy place, with stunning views in a cute little town. If you're looking to get away from the city chaos, this gives you lots of calm. Great for walks, hikes, cycling (serious though) and a bunch of ski options in winter (so will be back!). Italy and France are both a short drive, as is Martingy (the nearest city, which is actually larger than I expected so you have everything you need there ... but best to drive to Italy for most things since prices in Switzerland - outside of the coliving - are high). There is a great community and coworking space and it's easy to connect with others as well as chill or focus on your work. Vibe is definitely more laid back than overly structured and scheduled so colivers figure out what and how much they want to do. @stefan knows the area really well and so can facilitate whatever trips folks want. They have a number of vans and cars but you can also get a pass (if staying for a month) which gives you free access to local buses. Pass for the winter also includes access to local ski areas ("small" by Swiss standards but actually each is pretty good-sized with many kms of groomed runs as well as a lot of off-piste for those who like to make their own tracks). Really was surprised by how amazing this place is ... pictures simply don't do it justice. So, best is to go yourself! 😀
