Colive Fukuoka 2025 Is Recruiting Volunteers

Colive Fukuoka—the month-long international coliving fest that turns Japan’s southern hub into a global village—has opened its volunteer call for October 2025. The team wants curious, open-minded people who can offer a smile, a bit of time, and a big heart.

Why Get Involved

• Global friendships on tap – share tea ceremonies, ramen-tech talks, yoga in the park, and sunset ferry rides with 400+ guests from 45 countries.

• Back-stage event skills – learn how conferences, grassroots meetups, and city-wide experiences come together.

• Perks that matter – free event passes (3- or 10-day, depending on the role), transit support, and, for some shifts, covered accommodation.

Volunteer Tracks

Event & Community Support (Role A)

• Welcome and guide participants during main events 1–10 Oct.

• Pick your window: 1–3 Oct, 4–5 Oct, or 4–10 Oct.

• Ideal for outgoing hosts who love face-to-face energy.

Customer Success Team (Role B)

• From July to October, help answer questions, keep info tidy, and solve mini-crises online and on-site.

• Perfect for proactive, organized helpers who thrive behind the scenes.

SNS / Content Creation (Role C)

• Shoot Reels, snap photos, run quick interviews, and track performance on Instagram.

• Starts online in July; boots on the ground in October.

• Great for storytellers who live in vertical video.

Conference & Local Content (Role D)

• Build the big conference (D-1) or craft intimate side events across the city (D-2).

• Runs July–October, mixing remote planning with on-site action.

• Best for planners who love taking an idea from zero to wow.

Essentials

• Conversational English or Japanese is enough.

• Join 1–3 short online prep calls each month before October.

• Students, travelers, nomads, locals—everyone’s welcome if the attitude is right.
