Some weeks ago on a Sunday, @@remy @@sole @@bjornlindholm @michelleg233 myself and others decided to make a morning trip to Jesus Pobre, a small town located near Javea. It only opens on Sundays, some went walking and enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way, which took them around two hours. If not, it is only 20 min far by car.
When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the bustling local market that was taking place. There were stalls selling all sorts of local foods, ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to cured meats and cheeses. We could smell the aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries wafting through the air. 😋
We were also delighted to find a wide range of artisan products such as handmade jewelry, pottery, and textiles. It was fascinating to watch the artisans at work, crafting beautiful pieces of art right before our eyes. 🤩
After browsing the stalls for a while, we decided to sit down and enjoy some of the local food we had just purchased. We found a cozy area with tables and chairs where we could relax and take in the atmosphere. We savored the flavors of the locally made cheese and bread while sipping on a refreshing glass of fresh fruit juice. 🍹
In conclusion, I highly recommend taking a morning trip to Jesus Pobre on a Sunday to explore the local market. Whether you drive or walk, it is a journey well worth taking. 💯
