What does the role involve?
💼 Business development, execution of the marketing strategy as well as coordination of the team. Having a strategic vision and understanding the needs of our clients, which whom you’ll be in direct contact, is vital.
👥 Responsible for operations in our facilities, supervising the staff and controlling the quarterly and yearly goal tracking, making sure at all times that the quality of our product stays above the clients' expectations.
📈 Lead a team of three employees and report monthly to the company owner regarding KPIs and the execution of the company’s business plan.
