About the owners

After the pandemic, we packed two suitcases and set off to explore the world as a couple of remote workers. Living in hostels, Airbnbs, and colivings, we found the joy of adventure and friendships, the frustration of unstable Wi-Fi, and the struggle to find places that offered real community.
That search inspired us to create what we always longed for: a home where comfort meets community, and wellness flow through daily life. A place for those who seek to live with balance, clarity, and purpose.
With the support of two close friends — a Neurologist and a Cardiologist — we blended our journey with science-backed wellness rituals. That’s how Pranik was born: for conscious travelers, remote workers, and seekers of wellbeing and authentic connection.

- There are plenty of stores and local markets within 5 min walk. Exito mall is 5 min walk from the property
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- Coworking is 24 hour. We have quiet hours from 8 am to 10 p.m, but we have phone-booths available. All rooms include private workspace as well.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Pets are allowed. We have an extra charge of $50Usd per stay for cleaning linens and bedding
- How do I get there?
- Pranik is located in Laureles, Medellín, one of the city’s most walkable and local neighborhoods. • From the airport: 35–45 minutes by Uber or taxi • From the city center (El Poblado): 20–25 minutes • Public transport: Easy access by metro + bus or short taxi ride Once you arrive, everything you need is nearby — cafés, parks, restaurants, and local life right outside the door.

- Why did you decide to open?
- We spent years traveling the world as digital nomads, living in colivings, hotels, and Airbnbs across different countries. Some places were comfortable. Others were social. Very few truly supported balance. We created Pranik because we couldn’t find the place we were looking for — so we decided to build it ourselves. A home where wellness, community, and remote work flow naturally. A place where travelers can feel grounded, connect genuinely, and live well while working. Pranik is the space we always wished existed — and now we’re happy to share it with you.
- How do you manage the community?
- Our community is cared for by an onsite Community Manager, supported by a small team of volunteers who live at Pranik. They’re here daily to welcome new guests, host community activities, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and connected — without forcing interaction. The result is a community that feels natural, warm, and respectful, where connections happen easily and at your own pace. Always present, organic and human.
