About the owners
Hi, I’m Amélie – a French traveler, artist, and community builder who fell in love with Brazil after three years of soulful exploration. I created InfiniColiving as a space to reconnect: with nature, with yourself, and with others.
Our house by the ocean, just outside Salvador (Bahia), was once abandoned, but I saw its potential and brought it back to life with care and intention. InfiniColiving is more than a place to stay – it’s a sanctuary for creatives, remote workers, and curious souls.
Here, we value simplicity, cultural immersion, and meaningful connections. Whether you join for a retreat, a longer stay, or to volunteer, you’re invited to be part of a community that honors slowness, sustainability, and the infinite possibilities of shared living.

- How do I do groceries?
- There are three small supermarkets within a 15-minute walk from the coliving space. Additionally, there is a small market offering local products on Saturday mornings, just a 20-minute walk away. A fish market is also 15 minutes away on foot, and you can even arrange to buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen by contacting the coliving manager.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- We do not accept pets. By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure.
- How do I get there?
- Transportation from Salvador International Airport is easy. You can take a taxi or Uber, which takes about 30 minutes. There is also a bus available from the Airport Bus Station. The bus to Jaua stops directly in front of the coliving space.

- Why did you decide to open?
- The Story of INFINI Coliving: Origin: My personal experiences and vision led to the creation of INFINI Coliving. Journey from Montreal to Brazil, Northeast Brazil, the Amazon, and beyond Discovering Bahia, culture and finaly Jauá.
- How do you manage the community?
- I manage the community by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. This includes organizing regular events, workshops, and social activities that encourage interaction and collaboration among residents. I also ensure clear communication through group chats and monthly meetings, where everyone can share ideas and feedback. As the community manager, I'm always available to support residents and address any concerns, creating a strong sense of belonging and community spirit.
