Hubs was founded by Andy Stofferis and currently consists of a team of local hosts and community managers, as well as a small team for Hubs Marketing and Communications.

I stayed at Hubs in Lenk in 2024 and had a wonderful time. The rooms are stunning and I really enjoyed the community vibe and shared activities. The work set-up was perfect as well.

- The supermarket is a short walk away, in the center of the villate. There's also a butcher, a local dairy shop, and smaller produce shops available.

- You can use the common area with the coworking space at any hour of the day. Every room or apartment also comes with your own working desk if you need privacy.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Pets are allowed.
- How do I get there?
- You can easily reach Lenk by train. The station is just a short walk from your accommodation. We can also arrange a private transfer if you'd like.
- What is included?
- All the facilities in the building, such as the gym, coworking areas, washer and dryer, and the shared kitchen, As well as Wi-Fi of course.
- Why did you decide to open?
- At Hubs, we create spaces that benefit both our community and the destinations we call home. We are committed to tackling the seasonality issues faced by destinations and firmly oppose mass tourism. Our goal is to foster a respectful and sustainable relationship between our Hubs and the surrounding regions, supporting responsible and balanced tourism.
- How do you manage the community?
- Each of our destinations has 1-2 community managers on-site to make sure the workations run smoothly. They organise activities and help participants with anything they might need to make their stay a great experience.
