- Conscious Co-Working on Fridays: Conscious Co-Working sessions, where members of the local community gather, are often designed to be flexible and accommodating. A common schedule might be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, aligning with regular business hours, but some spaces may offer extended hours to foster community engagement and networking opportunities. Your rooms have private desks and there is ample space in the living room, outside on the patio, at the pool, and/or the nearby parks/beach/coffeeshops.

- Welcoming Pets: We are delighted to welcome both dogs and cats to our coliving space. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to create a comfortable environment for them as well. Resident Cat: We have a friendly resident cat named Lucy, who adds to the charm and warmth of our community. Lucy is accustomed to sharing her space with other pets, making it a harmonious environment for all. Pet-Friendly Environment: Our space is designed to accommodate pets, with ample room for them to explore and enjoy. We encourage pet owners to ensure their pets are well-behaved and comfortable around other animals to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. No Additional Fees: There are no additional fees for bringing your pets, but we do ask that you inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to welcome them. This policy ensures that your coliving space is inclusive and welcoming to pet owners, while also maintaining a harmonious environment for all residents

- How do you manage the community?
- I have great reviews from Airbnb from being on there for years and have always enjoyed hosting people/guests. I live in the luxury startup house and rent out the two private bedrooms w/ensuite bathrooms in the upstairs to hand selected/curated nomads/travelers/remote workers who are a good fit for the community here.
