Coliving Valentina Heights offers studio and 1 bedroom apartments with private kitchennettes and bathrooms in Bansko, Bulgaria. We target remote workers, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads. We have a minimum stay of 1 month and all the basics are included. Shared spaces include 2 coworking spaces, 2 call booths, garden, fully-equipped kitchen, and a spa. Community is a huge part of our coliving space so we have a dedicated on-site community facilitator to help the residents get that sense of belonging. Some events that we organize include bbq's in our shared garden, community meals, short excursions in the local area, Spikeball in the garden, spa session in our shared spa (high season), workshops in our event space/coworking, and much more!

- How do I do groceries?
- There are several grocery stores all within a 15 minute walk or less. Grosch, Billa, and Aldi are the biggest ones.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The coworking is open from 8am - 7pm. We may have events in the one of the 2 coworking spaces and if that is the case our residents can work in the other (smaller & quieter) space if they need to focu.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Unfortunately at this time we do not have a pet policy. We might be open to introducing one in the future so please ask us and we can find a solution that works for everyone :)
- How do I get there?
- If you're driving, it is pretty straightforward and there is plenty of parking right out front. Otherwise, we recommend going to Sofia where the best option would be to take a bus. You can book one via getbybus.com and the company that typically has routes is Traventura.
- What is included?

- Why did you decide to open?
- Coliving Valentina Heights used to be a ski chalet, then after that it hosted digital nomads, now we are targeting the coliving crowd. After getting feedback and understanding the coliving industry we realized that coliving would really bring this place to the next level! With many shared spaces and an on-site community manager, our space is perfect for coliving :)
- How do you manage the community?
- We prefer the term facilitate as we try to incorporate ideas, wants, and needs of the residents into the events that we plan. Being that we offer studio and 1 bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, our residents will naturally spend more time in their private areas. Community is a huge part of our coliving space so we have a dedicated on-site community facilitator to help the residents get that sense of belonging. Some events that we organize include bbq's in our shared garden, community meals, short excursions in the local area, Spikeball in the garden, spa session in our shared spa, workshops in our event space/coworking, and much more!
