- We have a local guide with recommendations for nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, and traditional markets, all located just a few minutes from the retreat. Complimentary bicycles are available for guests, making it easy to shop and explore the area.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- You are welcome to work from your room or any of our common areas 24/7. For those looking for a dedicated coworking environment, we recommend Hub Hoi An, located nearby (~3km). The space is open 24/7 for existing members. New visitors can arrange their first visit Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- To maintain a comfortable and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, pets are not permitted at B'HoiAn. We appreciate your understanding.
- How do I get there?
- B'HoiAn is located approximately 32 km from Da Nang International Airport, about a 45–60 minute drive away. For a smooth arrival, we can arrange a private airport transfer directly to the retreat for 300,000 VND per car (approximately USD 12). Send us your flight details, and we'll take care of the rest.

Inspired by the slower pace of life in Hoi An, we envisioned a space where people from different backgrounds could come together to rest, work, learn, and grow. Our goal is to offer more than just accommodation by creating an environment that supports wellbeing, community, and personal balance.

- Our onsite team comes from three different countries and lives at the retreat alongside our guests. We're available 24/7 to help with anything you may need, from local recommendations to practical support during your stay. We also organize activities and create opportunities for guests to connect naturally, while respecting everyone's need for privacy and personal space. We believe the best communities are friendly, inclusive, and low-pressure. Join in when you want to, and enjoy your own rhythm when you don't!
