This unique and unrepeatable coliving experience will take place in Búger, a town located in the north of the island of Mallorca. The perfect place to breathe fresh air, live and work in peace, in a comfortable and inspiring environment 🏝️

Where is it?

Búger is a small and quiet town of 1,111 inhabitants located on the slopes of the Tramuntana mountains. Located on a small hill in the north of Mallorca. Perfect for pleasant walks in its surroundings, letting yourself be carried away by its paths and enjoying its beautiful landscapes of Mediterranean forest and agricultural areas of almond and carob trees 🌳

The house is located 500 meters from the town. In the town, you will find several services: A bus stop (every 90 minutes to Palma for a 90-minute trip), a stationery store, a supermarket, several bars, a wonderful and award-winning pastry shop, a pharmacy, and a bank with an ATM. It also has a sports center with paddle tennis courts with prior reservations.

The beautiful beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro are the closest and are 15-20 minutes by car or motorbike from the house 🏖️ 👙

What does it include?

Coliving 🏡

Beautiful country house of more than 130 square meters with garden, pool, terrace, and barbecue. You have the option of staying in a private room with a double bed (from 615eur), for 1 or 2 people, or in a room with 2 single beds (from 455eur/bed). We offer the option of reserving a bed and sharing a room with another coliver from our community.

Coworking 💻

You have the option of working from the common spaces, both indoors and outdoors, depending on your preferences. You can also work from the distillation laboratory located on the farm itself. This is a coliving experience aimed at remote workers and freelancers who want to combine work moments with an unforgettable travel experience on the island of Mallorca.

Knowing the community of colivers who have stayed with us in Barcelona, we know that during this experience you will be surrounded by excellent human beings. • The Essence of Aroma: We will learn together how to collect and prepare the plants for distillation and how to extract essential oils. You will also make your own essential oil.

• Wineries and wine tasting: We will visit an emblematic vineyard in Mallorca, learn the secrets of their estate and taste their amazing wines.

• Kayak Excursion: We will embark on a kayak excursion to discover spectacular panoramic views over Cabo de Formentor and Cabo Pinar. We will swim and snorkel and visit amazing Calas.
