NomadÉire is a 7-day immersive, all-access experience set in Ireland, bringing together 400+ entrepreneurs, digital nomads, founders, and content creators from around the world. Designed as a powerful blend of conference, retreat, and festival, NomadÉire goes beyond traditional events — it’s about connection, collaboration, creativity, and building real opportunities in a global, forward-thinking community.
Your 7-day pass includes full access to every experience across the week — from curated cultural immersion to high-value business sessions and vibrant festival moments.
The journey begins with Ireland Immersion Days (Monday & Tuesday) based in Dublin and Kildare. This is where attendees land, settle in, and connect through curated local experiences, cultural activities, and informal meetups. It’s a soft landing into the community, allowing relationships to form naturally while exploring Ireland’s heritage, energy, and landscapes. The official Opening Ceremony takes place on Tuesday, bringing everyone together to kick off the week with intention, connection, and shared vision.
From there, we move into the Main Conference (Wednesday & Thursday) — two high-impact days of inspiring talks, practical workshops, and interactive sessions. Topics span entrepreneurship, marketing, remote work, content creation, personal growth, and building location-independent lifestyles. Expect real conversations, actionable insights, and opportunities to engage directly with speakers and fellow attendees.
A key highlight during this phase is the live pitch competition, where founders and creators present their ideas to a panel and the community, gaining exposure, feedback, and potential opportunities. Alongside this, the experience includes a hackathon-style collaboration and a content creators competition, encouraging innovation, storytelling, and real-time creation.
Throughout the week, curated matchmaking sessions connect attendees based on aligned interests, skills, and goals — whether you’re looking for collaborators, co-founders, clients, or meaningful friendships. This is intentional networking designed to actually lead somewhere.
The experience then flows into the Weekend Matchmaking Fest (Friday to Sunday) — a more relaxed, social, and celebratory environment where connections deepen. Expect community-led sessions, group activities, creative experiences, and a festival-style atmosphere that blends fun with purpose. It’s where business meets lifestyle, and where many of the strongest connections are formed.
Beyond the structured programme, NomadÉire is rooted in exploration and place. Throughout the week, you’ll experience Ireland’s natural beauty, culture, and local communities — from vibrant city moments to more grounded, nature-based experiences — creating space to recharge, reflect, and be inspired.
NomadÉire isn’t just about learning — it’s about who you meet, what you create, and how you grow over the course of the week.
Whether you’re building a business, growing your brand, transitioning into remote work, or simply seeking a global community of ambitious, open-minded people — this is where it comes together.
