About Swiss Escape:
Located in the picturesque Swiss mountain resort of Grimentz, Swiss Escape offers 4-star modern chalets just minutes away from the ski station, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Since 2016, they have been welcoming digital nomads and remote workers from around the world, providing a unique coliving and coworking experience.
Position Details:
Role: Community Manager
Duration: Month of July
Location: Grimentz, Switzerland
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with guests and create a vibrant community atmosphere
Organize events and activities
Manage daily operations and ensure guests have an exceptional stay
Provide support and solve any issues that arise

Problem Solver: Able to handle challenges with a positive attitude
Flexible: Adaptable to changing situations and responsibilities
Experience: Previous experience in community management is a plus
