Many of us are moving so fast we've stopped noticing what's actually slowing us down. We produce, we optimise, we push and somewhere along the way, we lose touch with what inspires us.
🌿Rooted in nature is a week-long retreat in southern Spain for digital nomads, remote workers, founders and entrepreneurs who are burned out, stuck or just ready to think differently.
It offers a chance to pause, connect and discover new ways of thinking and creating. By being curious and exploratory, you walk away with learnings that will shape your professional life towards viable solutions and feel more grounded in the process.
Over the week you can expect:
- Space to reset: time offline, quiet mornings, walks in a limestone gorge and along rivers instead of busy city streets.
- Clarity on what’s next: guided sessions that help you untangle ideas, see patterns and decide what to focus on (in your business, work or life).
- Real community: a small group of digital nomads, remote workers and entrepreneurs who want honest conversations, not just networking.
- We use tools inspired by how natural systems work (think: forests, rivers, ecosystems) to explore questions like:
1) What am I really building and why?
2) What is draining my energy and what actually gives it back?
3) How can I design my projects and routines to be more sustainable over time?
You don’t need any background in “systems” or “design thinking” — everything is practical, guided and very human.
