WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
🗓️ You'll be responsible for managing the daily operations of Nine Coliving and Coworking during the weekend and two nights a week (Monday and Tuesday).
🏡 Your duties will include welcoming guests, answering questions, providing information, checking guests in and out, organizing community activities and events, and ensuring that the house runs smoothly. You will also be responsible for taking care of the community by helping to organize scheduled events, such as skill shares, social nights, and weekend activities.
🤗 You will be working in a small team, with the owner Anne, the house manager Silvia, cleaning lady Nati and an Erasmus student. This position comes with a lot of responsibility, but also with a lot of freedom to make the role your own.
WHAT DOES THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAVE?
Excitement about joining our coliving community 🏡
Ability to work with people and be a team player 🤝
Residency in Tenerife 🌴
Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish 🇬🇧 🇪🇸
Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to work hard 💪🏼
Availability to work on weekends and evenings 🌇
European or international driver's license and comfortable driving a manual car 🚗
