Pitaya can proudly say that it is the first Coliving in the island of Lanzarote. We are located in Arrecife, capital of the island, in the most charming and vibrant area of the city, El Charco de San Ginés.

Super nice place! Awesome weekly meetings, family dinners and breakfasts. Great part of town, right near the water. Really enjoyed my lunch swims there :)

Laura is amazing. She was super responsive to feedback and cared a *lot* about creating a great experience for everyone, and we made some adjustments to the place together. The layout of the building is not ideal for a coliving but she makes it work. Unlike what another review says, we did do a lot of activities and there was a weekly breakfast included (but I go to colivings for the community — free meals are a nice extra but don't go into my ratings). I'll probably be back, I really enjoyed it here! One of my more memorable stays.

- How do I do groceries?
- You will be in the center of Arrecife you have plenty of options to buy food, from supermarkets like Super Dino to small local stores with fresh products.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- As it is inside the building, it is open 24hrs.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Even though we absolutely love pets, we cannot have them at Pitaya due to the space layout.
- How do I get there?
- 10 mins by car from Lanzarote Airport or 40 min by bus (23)
- What is included?
- Coworking space 24/7 access, weekly cleaning service with change of sheets and towels, three yoga classes / per week and one breakfast / per week.
- Why did you decide to open?
- Because managing Pitaya Coliving is like travelling around the world, while living in a paradise island :)
- How do you manage the community?
- Our main focuss is to create a dynamic and exciting community, wich is why we have a dedicated team for it. There is Laura, the founder, and there is Katie, our house manager who lives in the Coliving.
