The reason I've started Olio Coliving is because I've always wanna to try something new while giving back to the community by offering cheap prices for rooms.

- How do I do groceries?
- Theres tons of groceries outside no matter big or small, like KK Mart and Familymart, everything is just so accessible and convinient.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- Co-working would open all day long from 12am to 12am (24hours)
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- Pets are not allowed in the unit unless you've made a request about it.
- How do I get there?
- You may take the MRT and LRT Station(which is about 5 mins walk from the building). However, alternative options like the Bas MRT and LRT are also recommended. Grab cars would also be a solution.
- What is included?
- The rent price would be including all costs which are utilities(capped at Rm50), WiFi, security fees, common area maintainance, cleaning costs
- Why did you decide to open?
- This is a new way of living. In the technology era, we've drifted much more away than ever, I hope this Coliving space may bring us together once again.
- How do you manage the community?
