About Hoppin House Seoul
Hoppin House Seoul is an international coliving home in Seoul's Hongdae/Yeonnam area. Choose a private super-single or queen room, or an individually bookable bunk bed in our mixed-gender dorm. We have nine bedrooms: eight private rooms and one dormitory with six separately bookable beds (101 A-F), for 14 bookable units and a maximum of 19 residents.
All bathrooms are shared. Residents can use shared kitchens, community lounges, an on-site B1 meeting/lounge space and enclosed rooms for calls or focused work. Laundry facilities and two rooftop spaces are on the third floor. Cafes and public transport are nearby.
Rooms include a desk, chair, storage, hangers, air conditioning, Korean floor heating, Wi-Fi, bedding and towels. Monitor rental is optional and subject to availability. Shared areas are cleaned weekly; separate private-room cleaning during your stay is not provided.
Stays start at 10 nights. Prices depend on room and number of guests. Mandatory cleaning: USD 28.98 per booked room or bed, charged once and collected separately through Sirvoy. Not included in the Mapmelon booking total. This covers check-in cleaning and shared-space cleaning. A second guest in an eligible queen room must be included in the booking and costs extra.
Meet local and international residents through regular community activities and shared spaces. Keep noise low from 10 PM, remove shoes indoors, do not smoke indoors and clean up after using shared spaces.

- You can prepare your own meals in the shared kitchens on the first and second floors. Keep shared food-storage areas tidy and clean up after cooking. Please ask the house team for local grocery-shopping suggestions.

- The shared coworking lounges are open 24 hours a day for residents and members. Please respect other residents and keep noise low from 10 PM. Enclosed B1 rooms are available for calls, meetings and focused work.
