- How do I do groceries?
- There are small grocery stores within walking distance, about 100 meters away. If you're looking for a larger selection, Puregold, the biggest grocery store on the island, is about a 25-minute drive away. Additionally, there are several small grocery stores in General Luna, which is 10-15 minutes away from Sta. Fe.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- The communal area is always open for you to work and collaborate with other colivers. You can come by anytime to share the space with fellow coworkers. In addition, we also have our partnered coworking space, Coco Space, which is just a 5-7 minute drive away.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- As much as we love pets, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the space.
- How do I get there?
- - Exit Sayak Airport and head to the van area. - Take a van to Sta. Fe (Communal Coliving) - about 45 minutes to 1 hour - Ask the driver to drop you off Sta. Fe Communal Coliving.

- Siargao isn’t just a destination; it’s a place where dreams take shape and made happen. At Communal, Siargao becomes more than a backdrop—it becomes the canvas for who you want to be.
- How do you manage the community?
- In communal coliving, the community manager plays a key role in fostering connection and engagement. They organize weekly activities and events, such as family dinners, to bring colivers and other digital nomads together. These activities help build a strong sense of community and encourage social interaction among nomads.
